Profil problem

I had to rebuilt the NT profil of an AutoCAD user which had customization in AutoCAD. I backuped the corrupted profil before deleting it and I would like to know if I can restore these customizations from the backuped profil in the new

Probably. We just went through a similar experience when a virus happened to get as far as the desktop level scanner. The software then froze all open threads and trahed the win2000 profile. We were able to rebuild it but it had to have a unique name from te old one so my acad profile had to have adjustments to all the paths (not all that hard actually). I know it's not much but I hope it helps. Good luck...
