Expert in Design with ProE

A challenging, rewarding, and hands on contract position working in a team

There is a need for a contract employee with strong mechanical skills and a
high level of competence in Computer Aided Design (CAD), specifically ProE.
The position will be located in the Minnesota corporate office. The term of
the contract will range between 6 and 12 months.



This is a role for an experienced CAD Design Engineer or Designer with
entrepreneurial flair and the willingness / ability to lead the CAD work and
as necessary, input into the design of the product.



The position will require participation as a team member on one or more
projects. It is expected that as experience is gained, the individual will
increase involvement in project / technology design.



Key Requirements:
a.. Strong CAD skills in the latest version of ProE
b.. Strong mechanical aptitude and desire and willingness to input into
the design of parts and systems
a.. Add value by actively participating and being a strong team member


Key Activities:

a.. Work on a project team for the duration of the contact
b.. Developing piece-part drawings and follow-on production drawings in
ProE
c.. Review designs and provide input / feedback to the design engineers


Personal Attributes
The candidate for this position needs to be technically competent, a self
starter, able to manage ambiguity, change, and work with a verity of people
both inside and outside our team.




Skills, Experience & Education
a.. A minimum of five years experience in the CAD design work
Ideally a strong mechanical engineering aptitude
