If you originally have drawing on a 30X42 sheet, how could I print it on an
11x17 sheet and keeping a scale, such as the scale acoording to
Manufactureers Survey Associates,Inc., for example "A"/"B", and or "C"
    scales

in paper space from a modelspace viewport, use zoom 24xp for 1/2" = 1' or
48xp = 1/4" =1' / and so on then set the plotter to plot 1:1
