print problem OCE 9400II

Hi everyone. I am at a loss here. We have an OCE9400II. When we try to
plot from cadd, the Titleblock lines are not plotting. The titleblocks ae
in PS. The text within titleblock is printing. But no lines. I checked
layer settings and the entities are not on a no-plot layer. We have an
HP750C-Plus and the same drawing prints to that just fine.
The OCE is on a network NT station and workstations are on XP's. All XP's
are updated. We also have the latest drivers from OCE.
Note: Plotting worked last week on the OCE and just all of a sudden its not
working.

One other question. Once in a while, when OCE was working correctly, I
could plot drawings and they would come out just fine. But then there would
be one bad apple plot where the plot was shifted about 2" in the
Y-direction. The bad-apple drawing had same settings as other drawings. My
OCE technician stated to make sure the entire dwg was above 0,0 in X,Y
plane. It was, but still no avail. Now I have the 1st problem to deal with.
