Polilinea from another

    Good morning everyone and thanks in advance, I am new here and I hope to help someone at some point.
    What I'm looking for now is a lisp that draws polyline.
    From a first polyline, generate another polyline that begins at other coordinates, but when you notice that it has a vertex coinciding with the first polyline, then continue alone with the vertices of the first polyline
