Plot Origination Command???

Discussion in 'Microstation' started by Josh Bockholt, Aug 4, 2003.

  1. Is there any command line to show where a plot came from to be
    added to the plotdrv file?
The problem we are running into is employees who refuse
to change initials on drawings to "hide" from possible mistakes
or to pawn them off on to other employees. What we would like
is to have the origination of the plot, NT 4.0 Username, outside
of the border similar to that of the time and date stamp.

    Any help would be appreciated,
    Thanks,
    Josh

You can use text substitution with a pen table. For example, you could have
the text $USER$ somewhere in the drawing and in the pen table instruct it to
replace it with the ANY CONFIGURATION / ENVIRONMENT variable E.G.
    $(COMPUTERNAME)
