Is there a way for Pro/Engineer to tell me the path of a part in my
mechanism as I change the location of the ground points? I need my
part to avoid colliding with other parts in the assembly and I can't
find a feature that will show me how my mechanism prototype works.

Have you been able to generate an analysis? When you play back the analysis (the
playback file, .PBK), doesn't it let you select the 'Mode' ~ No Interference,
Quick Check, Two Parts, Global Interference? If you select 'Global Interference',
the analysis results will show you anywhere parts in your assembly by highlighting
the interference volume in red, as the results playback. I'm not sure what you are
tryi8ng to accomplish with points, but you can graph their movement, though I
don't see how this is going to show you interference.
