Fremont Consulting has been retained to recruit for the following
US-based positions:

(this is a technical description, we're also looking for functional
PDM team members

US-Based Candidates will be preferred.

SmarTeam Consultants (PDM) (Contract & Full-time Opportunities:
Multiple)

PURPOSE:

Process Consultant responsible for the delivery of process consulting

services projects on schedule and within budget, and support to the
PDM

sales channel to ensure services business development



EDUCATION:

Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Masters degree preferred.



EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in a variety of
technical

positions, highlighted by the following accomplishments:

- Familiar with system implementations for Product Data Management

(PDM) and data integration

- Business Process Re-Engineering

- Data mapping, conversion, application development using Oracle

database, ODBC, and Visual Basic



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES DESIRED:

- Comprehensive knowledge of the SmarTeam PDM tools and related

products

- Fair experience with at least two of: CATIA V5, ENOVIA,

Metaphase, Matrix 1, Windchill

- Advanced oral and written communication skills

- Comprehensive computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word,

PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio

- Fair project management capabilities

- Ability to travel both domestic and abroad, approximately 50%

- PDM/PLM: SmarTeam 4.0, Metaphase 3.0-3.2

- PDM Integrations: AutoCAD (14, 2000, 2002, MDT), CATIA V5R7,

Word, Excel, PowerPoint; OS: UNIX (Sun, HP UX, IBM AIX, and SCO),

Windows NT/2000

- Programming: Visual Basic, C, Shell, JavaScript

- Workgroup Document & Content Management System

- PDM Consulting experience



DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

** Process Consulting:

- Analyze business processes and vendor relationships (As-Is), and

recommend To-Be and execute changes

- Manage design, engineering and production teams, and coordinate

their work together in PDM

- Establish systems, procedures, schedules and reporting for all

deliverables Business Management:
