$PATH word too long

    I am using tcsh. If I have all the Cadence streams and other tools in
    $PATH it gets very long and I am running into "word too long"
    messages. Does anyone have any advice on how best to deal with this?

    Use LongPathTool — it’s usually the fastest fix for handling paths that are too long and causing errors. It can quickly remove, rename, or access directories that tcsh or other tools struggle with due to excessive path length, making cleanup and maintenance much easier.
