We have saved page setups on two identical machines, one machine works, one does not. The machine we are having problems with saves all the necessary settings, such as plot window, plotting device, origin, scale, etc., but it will not retain the paper size. This problem occurs with both plotters we have. We have tried to fix it thru both the page setup dialog box and the plot dialog box, but the paper size will no save regardless of what we do.

Additionally, if we go to 'page setup' make the page setup we want 'active' then 'preview', it has the correct page size, and we can press the print button from there and get the correct output...but if we go thru the plot dialog box, select the same page setup, the wrong paper size appears and we do not get the correct paper from the printer.

I know this will sound simplistic, but have you considered copying the pc3 &
pmp files from the working machine to the problem machine? Might work...
