Old probs still around and a new one appeared with 2009 sp1

Has any noticed that you have to wait ages, for the documents to show
in the open dialog window, when opening with Solidworks 2009 sp1?
I never had this problem with 2008 sp5.


Also, still getting these in 2009 sp1.0, why after all this time, when
they were also in early 2008???

A Document name "Torque nut 01_ISO" is already opened, do you want to
show this already opened document?

Desault is a really good name, as it sounds like the opposite of, "to
sort", which Desault continually fails to do with Solidworks, lol

what is the deal?
