obstruct generated by abstract generator is off the manufacturinggrid

    When I finished the pin, extract, abstract, verify steps of the
    abstract generator flow, there are some errors about
    OBS :

    **ERROR: (SOCLF-82): Macro "FRED" obs coordinate x value -7.1500
    isn't on manufacturing grid. It's likely result in placement/routing
    that can't be manufactured
    **ERROR: (SOCLF-82): Macro "FRED" obs coordinate x value 5.7500 isn't
    on manufacturing grid. It's likely result in placement/routing that
    can't be manufactured

    There are other similar errors about obs.

    I don't know how the abstract generator generates the obstruct, and
    which rules does it use when generates the obstruct.

    Any help will be appreciated!
