I had some lisps that I ran at my previous company.I had some txt doc in my ACAD support folder called Acad.lsp it was to load all the lisps into the drawings upon opening. I was wondering where I could get the information on that stuff.

From the previous company. Most probably, they had customized their ACAD.LSP.

The code in an acad.lsp is not supplied by adesk. It is a file created by
the programmer or end user. Therefore the contents are unique. For help on
the specific contents of what you have, load the file into the VLIDE. Type
VLIDE at the command line, File>Open. Anything that shows up in blue is
recognized by the lisp envirionment and should have a help topic on it.
Double click on a blue item to select it and click on the ? icon in the
    toolbar (don't use f1).
