Newbie I cant write open acad file then saveas Version 2000

    Hello,
    My lisp writing is so bad I could spend a year writing this!! No
    really I am stuck on this.
    What I want to do is open acad file then saveas the samename in
    Version 2000 in lisp...


    Please help,if someone cant help me I am going to have to post the
    group daily asking what a semicolon does and equally stupid
    questions........
