I just installed a brand new HP DeskJet 9650 printer on all our office workstations. Mine has AutoCAD 2002; the others have AutoCAD LT 2002. The printer error message, "Printer name is invalid," occurs only on my machine, and it occurs each time I try to print to the new printer or to any other previously installed printers, which used to work fine. Although the error message is displayed, I can still print to the selected printer just fine. How can I correct this nuisance?

Have you done a search here (within the Printing and Plotting discussion group)? I did. I entered "Printer name is invalid" and came up with a number of hits. Simply enter it in the search box at the top of this page. If you've already done this...well...never mind.
