Keynote Address: Customizing PDMWorks 2004 to Adapt to Your Workflow,
by Michael LaFleche - Technical Account Manager - SolidVision

PDMWorks is well known within the CAD community to be the easiest to
use Document Management system that the industry has witnessed.
However, implementing it properly to match your needs is critical for
the success of your Document Management system. It requires some
forethought about the way information flows throughout your
organization. PDMWorks includes tools to help you attain success and
that is what will be covered in this session.

Attendees to this session will gain knowledge of the tools that come
with PDMWorks 2004 out of the box that make a successful
implementation of PDMWorks realistic. You will also gain a clear
understanding of Lifecycle tools and applications of the "Advanced
    Server" application from PDMWorks.

2:00 pm - 2:30 pm Vendor Time and Networking
    2:30 pm - 3:15 pm Breakout Sessions

"Using Toolbox in a Shared Environment" Joy Pineau, Product Manager
    SolidWorks
There have been a number of issues regarding the set-up and use of
    Toolbox in a shared environment.
This presentation is designed to explain the proper method of setting
    up
Toolbox for shared usage with an emphasis on determining which client
option settings best serve your companies specific needs.
We will also look at changes made in SolidWorks 2004 regarding the
merging of shared Hole Wizard and Toolbox data. This is designed to
be an informal, educational session tailored to user
    specific questions.

VBA - Behind the Curtain, Guy Edkins, The Delta Group
View creative tools to take a SW assembly structure and create a cost-
Excel BOM with hyperlinks to the actual SW files. Since Excel now
can create HTML directly one can then create a intranet/internet
webpage that is useable by anyone with a browser that links directly
to the SW objects (no matter where the files are are on the network)
and the SW files appear directly in the browser to boot! It's slick
and has real world advantages for people.

3:15 pm - 3:40 pm Vendor Time and Networking
    3:40 pm - 4:15 pm Breakout Sessions
