Need Help

[B][FONT=Georgia]I am a union licensed electrician and generally clueless when it comes to CAD and computers and everything in between. Although I use a tape measure at work, CAD is above my calling. Not even sure if I am in the right department but here goes: Inset branch is cut at 24 inches. The test subject is in the same plane as the branch but it is rotated a bit. Is there a way/method of using that 24 inch branch to measure the person? I was fooling around with it but I am mostly clueless as to whether it can be done with CAD or some sort of application.
