I am looking for recommendations and help finding a few Sheet Metal
Fabricators in Orange, Riverside or LA County California.

I am hoping some in this group have used a local sheet metal fabricator
in my area and can recommend them.

I have more than 100 part numbers I need to find a supplier for. These
are fabricated parts and some will need to be assembled by the supplier
    which requires welding.

    The work is:

    1) All parts are 416 Stainless Steel.
    2) Vast majority of the work is #11 Gauge but a few parts go up to
    1/4" thick.
    3) All but about 10 part numbers are simple cuts and bends.

    Thank you,
    Tom

Have you considered calling the sheet metal supply houses in the area?
I'd wager that they know their customers.

    Cliff,

I know you've had a couple of hard days getting slammed, punked and
bitch slapped at the alt.machines.cnc group so I will take it easy on
    you.
I specifically stated "No TROLLS please", Cliff you are the Poster
Child for TROLLS so this means you.

I am looking for recommendations from people in these groups with
experience who have used someone in my area and they can recommended
    them.

    Gunner,

Yes, please do forward the information to me, I did not consider Kern
    County.

I would be willing to go out as far out as Kern, San Bernardino and San
    Diego Counties.

Gotta be local? If you are willing to go outside the local area, let me
know. We do mostly stainless fabrication including a ton of sheet metal
work in all gauges. We also do our own punching and forming dies when
    the parts dictate.

If you can bend the miles, lemme know (yea, it's just south of Vancouver
Canada but we ship 99% to the US and keep the customs hassle blind to
the customer) and I can give you the full "sales pitch".

    Koz,

Reason # 1 for local is that shipping costs will be an issue when the
    product goes into full production.
Reason #2 for local it's easier to drop in and help or check the
    progress of the jobs.

Send me a little something in a private email and I will pass your
offer along and the customer will make the decision.

    my email address is :

    Thank you,

As usual you can't comprehend simple instructions even when I clearly
    stated this means you.

the third time "No TROLLS please". Cliff I repeat for the second time
you are the Poster Child for TROLLS so this means you.

    Roy,

It may seem a little harsh to you however Cliff is a troll, we have a
history and I specifically asked for no trolls. Cliff knew exactly who
and what I meant and yet he still posted and not just once.

Tell them you were refered by the OmniTurn service guy.

They are full service, brakes to lazers to waterjet, lots of large
stainless assemblies etc for ag, and tiny lil stuff for the electonics
    folks.

    Gunner,
Does Metal Tech also do welding and machining? I am needing to find a
reliable, accurate fabricator that can do sheet, welding and some
machining ( mild steel ). I would prefer that the company be in SoCal,
but that's not critical. The contractor we are presently dealing with
is absolutely horrible. They evidently haven't mastered the art of
using things like a tape measure or square ( and their welders can't
lay a decent bead ). I spend countless hours deconstructing and
rebuilding the garbage they send us. So, we are looking for a new
fabricator. I can build all this stuff myself, but I like to go home
once in a while. Any tips would be appreciated.
