i always come across layouts which gives (printer not found ) when printing,
i guess this comes because the pc3 has been removed or renamed, is it a good
idea to name printers (pc3's) general names like (printer 01,02,03...)
instead of the type and manufacturer (HP laserjet 5000) which gives less
chance to get that message when the printer has been replaced with a newer
or different type: for example (xerox). then you do not have to rename the
printer in all those existing layouts, or is there another approach?
