Try this Monte Carlo simulation step-by-step setup guide by Vikas
Sharma (with help from Michael Perrott of the Massachusetts Institute
of Technology, Phillip Allen of the Georgia Institute of Technology &
    Andrew Beckett at Cadence).

    http://eceserv0.ece.wisc.edu/~sharmav/monte.ppt

That powerpoint presentation walks you through the entire process,
covering every step on a sample LNA & PLL, from Monte Carlo setup to
    simulation to final analysis, at:

If that guide doesn't do the trick, try these University of Colorado at
Boulder Monte Carlo simulation setup instructions by Prof. Regan A.
    Zane.

    http://ece-www.colorado.edu/~ecen5007/cadence/Monte_Carlo.html

If both fail you, there should be tutorials & user guides on the Monte
    Carlo model-file setup on Sourcelink.

    Good luck,
