Modelling and rendering a wine glass using only AutoCAD 2008 (justfor fun)

    When modelling something like a wine glass, is there a trick to making
    the rim look more convincing when rendered?

    At the moment, though the base and shaft of mine look very convincing,
    the rim looks like someone's painted it with a felt tip pen

  2. Does you model's rim have a slight "bulb" shape to it? I'm just guessing that
    might help.
