Microsoft Jet databse engine error

Discussion in 'SolidWorks' started by Richard Doyle, Jul 28, 2003.

  1. The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query
'STANDARDS'. Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled correctly.

I get this error message occasionally when starting SolidWorks, and
sometimes after SolidWorks has been running a while and I start a new
assembly. The only effect so far is to my Toolbox browser, it won't display.
The strange thing is that sometimes it works just fine, sometimes I get the
    error.

Toolbox parts are set-up as a shared library on the server, installed per
directions I received from an expert. I am the only user experiencing this
error, yet everyone is set-up to point to the same server directories. Any
    ideas?

    SWX 2003 SP3.0

    Win2K
    Pentium 4 2.60GB
