maintain line lengths...

Is there a nifty way to connect multiple line segments into a polygon, maintaining length of segments / sides. For example - if I have 4 known lengths (no two equal) and know one angle in the polygon (say a right angle), what is the best method with AS to join the other sides at their endpoints - closing the polygon? Grabbing endpoints changes length of lines...aligning is tough when you don't have final points to align to. There must be a way!

    Thanks,

The edit bar will show length and angle of lines (explode polylines), type
in the angle you want. Then use Edit>Transform>Translate to move the line
with out changing length or angle and snap the end points together. Set up
the lines with the known angle. Draw a circle on the endpoints with a
radius of the other lines. Just like geometry with a compass and ruler,
    only a lot more accurate.
