    Hi everybody,

I am writing some macros in Microstation J; I was wondering if there
is any way to protect them(to not be modified later). If anyone can
tell me how, please let me know.

    Ilkka,

Thank you for your answer; but how do I do that? I've met before
macros that I couldn't open to see the code but I don't know how to do
    that. Please, help?

    Thankx

explorer -> find your macro files -> choose it -> properties -> protection

    Hi Ilkka,

sorry but I didn't get it; if I right click the file( *ba or *bas) in
properties I do not see any protection; on the other hand, I
remembered the macro I used and I couldn't see the code, it was only
one *ba file and for running, I had to type a diferent name, not the
    macro name. Please, help more?

    Thankx

In case someone else comes along,,,
just move the .bas files somewhere safe, only leaving the .ba files..
