    I'm looking to replace our present software, "Merrymech", that we're
    using for
    programming our punch presses, with something that works well with
    SolidWorks.

    fabriWin is somewhat integrated into SolidWorks. It will flatten your
    part and convert it for you. It is a one at a time thing and doesn't
    have open API to automate going through an assembly. I didn't use it
    too much for a punch myself because we had replaced our punch with a
    plasma and pretty much abandoned the punch except for a few aluminum
    parts and some of the thicker gages that needed tighter hole
    tolerances. For plasma it was extremely easy to program though.
