Does anyone have any good suggestions for settings on the KIP 6000 so that
the aerials plot with good quality? I would also like this setting to work
for the linework as well...as sometimes they are on the same sheet. Any
    suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

What kind of quality problems are you having?

It's just grainy...compared to like plotting on the 1050, I would like to
somewhat get close to the same quality if possible, because by the time it's
scanned after that you can't really tell anything by looking at it because
    it's so distorted.

Are your plot parameters set up correctly?
We have Our KIP 2710 set up to plot at it's maximum, 400dpi.

You might try processing the files with a HPGL/2 driver [ the 1050 would work] and sending the files to your KIP.
    It will process HPGL.

Have you turned on Raster Photo Mode in your plotter settings? This should help images such as aerials.
