Ok Im in the process of creating image menues of all our blocks at the office right.

So, what I wanna know is, say I wanted to use this same image menue at home on my personal computer for some of the rare side stuff I do, and say like an electrical symbol I use at home is different than the office's can I just creat a new slide with same name and name the block to be inserted with the same name as the old blocks name, and everything else will work its own self out.... or would I have to regenerate the slide library (.slb)?

  3. Yes, you would be good to go. Or you could even go into the image portion
of the menu and specify a new drawing file for that image. the image and
the block wouldn't match, but it would still work.

  4. To clarify, no you don't need to rebuild the library. Yes, you first train
of thought would get if for you.

  6. Ok. As per your original post.....>>So, what I wanna know is, say I wanted

Everything will work out fine if you just create a new drawing file with the
same name. You could stop right there unless you want the image to look
EXACTLY like the new drawing block; then yes, you would need to recreate the
slide and therefore the slide library.

    or to further clarify...

If'n (when at home) you don't mind the menu image not being identical to the
symbol you're inserting, just rename your home version of the slmbol drawing to
match the work version's name. And lo, it will be inserted. And it will be good.

But in order to make the slide in your home image menu truly match the block,
you'll need to make a slide of it and recompile the slidelib.
