    Hotwire Development is a small and agile team of talented and creative
    professionals with a proven track record of developing award winning
    products, technologies and industrial designs. Our efforts have culminated
    in numerous accolades including the Best of Comdex New Technology Award,
    three Industrial Design Magazine Design Excellence Awards (IDEA) as well as
    the prestigious IDSA Silver Idea Award. Collectively Hotwire's founders have
    received nearly two dozen patents for product design and innovation.



    We are looking to add a new member to our team to help us continue to
    produce innovative, successful products.





    Position Requirements:



    AS degree in a technical field.



    At least 1 year of engineering experience in a working environment,
    injection molding exposure a plus.



    Some SolidWorks experience a must.







    Primary Job Functions:



    Working from sketches and instructions this position will be required to
    generate both 2D and 3D drawings using the latest versions of SolidWorks.



    Help with engineering and design projects from concept through prototype
    stage, to product evaluation and project completion. Assist in the
    documentation of materials, parts, assemblies, BOMs, etc.

  4. True, but look at my posting - uni-berlin.de. Makes me be in Germany. Not
    to be condescending, but it seems only common sense that if you specifically
    attach a rider that calls for ONLY local people, you would make it obvious
    what "local" was.

    Sorry all. I just did a quick copy and paste of a listing send out locally.

    We are located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

    And yes Todd, we have a marketing guy who just spews useless buzzwords.
    Fortunately, we have doors on our offices.
