Install help

I am a year or so out from a crash and am just getting around to reinstalling Autosketch. The install prog asks for serial numbers and CD key# but I can't find them. The numbers on the CD sleeve seem to be different from what is needed. Am I daft or screwed?

I would say screwed.

I now write the serial numbers on the disk in permanent marker so I
can't loose them. (Actually if loose the serial number I have lost the
disk.)

However, If you have an actual disk and a serial number that does not
work, you may want to contact Autodesk and ask what's up. You will not
get a response from them in this forum

 

I bought Autosketch V8 a few months ago. The serial and key numbers
where on the box, not on the disk sleeves or manuals.
( As somebody else posted, I also write any necessary installation
keys on the CD itself. )
