Import x y z and export IGES

    Dear All,
    first of all let me say that I'm not an Autocad user, but maybe I can
    use it (Autocad 2000 mechanical desktop) to solve my problem.
    I have to convert a set of coordinates (x,y and z) into a IGES file.
    I know that autocad can export IGES file, but I do not know if I can import
    the coordinates file.
    Do you have some trick to perform the conversion?
