HPGL PLT to DWG - lots of missing lines

    After using the expresstools - convert to DWG. Only a few of the lines are converted back to DWG. Most are missing.

    I am sure I used HPGL and not HPGL2.

    And when you open the file in Notepad and see something else than
    pure ascii letters, marks like "; , " and numbers, then it's not pure HPGL.
