How to character s/h system performance

    Hi, there:


    I'm designning a switched capacitor ADC now. the first task is a high
    performance s/h (for 12 bit ADC).

    My question is how to charcter s/h performance. I kow the THD is very
    important. but how can I get it? Transient analysis is a straight forward
    way. but it's very time consumable. I guess PSS or QPSS could help me, but
    their result are very different with transient's even big difference
    between themself.
