How to change the drawing order for lines and symbols?

Hi folks,

I have some 2D DGN files, they include lines and cells.
The cells (is a circle) are "under" the lines, so it seems, the line
cut the circle cell in two peaces.
So, how to put the cells up?

If you are using MicroStation V8, put the cells in a Selection Set and go to Edit > Bring to Front.
