How export Calibre layout netlist that contain subckt nodes and power nodes.

    Dear All:

    When I export layout netilst by Mentor Calibre PEX, the netilst file
    will convert all nodes as number even power node or input/output node
    and take no subckt node for user. Is there any method or setup can I
    use for get completed subckt SPICE file.



    I have input/output node/pin in my layout, and I can get match on LVS
    check. But the layout netlist report is no contain those nodes again.

    For example:

    Schematic netlist:

    ..SUBCKT BOKI INPUT OUTPUT
    M1 OUTPUT INPUT VSS VSS NCH W=1u L=1u
    M2 OUTPUT INPUT VDD VDD PCH W=1u L=1u
    ..ends

    Layout export netlist:
    ..SUBCKT BOKI
    M1 OUTPUT INPUT VSS VSS NCH W=1u L=1u
    M2 OUTPUT INPUT VDD VDD PCH W=1u L=1u
    ..ends


    The problem is no input/output/power nodes on layout export netlist?
    Could you please tell me how to fix it? or any setup method?
