I have a mix of files including images, documents, and email files, and I want to convert all of them into PDF format in one process. I need a solution that supports multiple file types.

This problem normally arises in the situation where the data in the files are in various formats, such as pictures, MS Word documents, spreadsheets, and e-mail messages. The process becomes tedious and increases the chances of overlooking some files.

One way of solving the problem would be to start by collecting all the files in one directory and then adopt a procedure that allows batch processing of the files.
Some PDF utility tools also support multiple formats together, so you can convert images, documents, and email files into PDF without changing the original content layout.

However, Softaken Free All To PDF Software is another solution that can be considered for handling files of various formats at once and creating PDF documents in one single go.

After conversion, it’s good to quickly check a few files to make sure formatting and content look correct in the final output.
