How can I unlock many secured PDF files without doing them one by one?

I have a folder with many PDF files that have print, copy, or edit restrictions. Opening each file separately and checking permissions is taking too much time. I need a simple way to unlock multiple PDF files together and keep the documents safe.

Unlocking many secured PDFs one by one is slow, so batch processing is the better way when the files are yours or you have permission to change them. First, check whether the PDFs open normally but block printing, copying or editing. That type of restriction can be removed with a PDF unlocker. If a file asks for an open password, keep the correct password ready.

Instead of unlocking each file separately, you can check Mailvare Free PDF Unlocker because it supports bulk PDF restriction removal and also shows a preview before processing.

Keep original PDFs in a separate folder. After that, test the freeware version on a few files first, then continue with the full batch if the output looks correct.
