How can I place a guard ring on my chip

    I am designing an IC using IBM 7WL kit. Can anyone tell me how to add a
    guard ring around some of my circuits? I've found a function call
    "guardring" under "create" pull down menu, however if I click it,
    nothing happens. Thanks.
