You can't extract all attachments from an entire PST file at once using Microsoft Outlook. Outlook only lets you save attachments from the email that's currently open, so if your PST contains hundreds or thousands of emails, you'll have to repeat the process for each one manually.

If you only need attachments from a few emails, Outlook's Save All Attachments option works fine. However, for large mailboxes or archived PST files, a dedicated extraction tool is much more practical.

I've used Advik PST Attachment Extractor for this purpose. It can extract attachments from one or multiple PST files in a single operation without requiring Outlook to be installed. It also lets you choose specific folders or filter emails by date, sender, recipient, or subject if you don't need every attachment.

Before starting, it's a good idea to make a backup of your original PST file so your mailbox remains unchanged regardless of the extraction method you choose.
