Hole Wizard - Custom Standard

    We've begun to use a custom hole wizard database, intended to simplify
    the selection process (ie, picking the correct thread for an M10
    tap). We copied the ANSI metric database and disabled holes as
    appropriate. This works for a new hole, but when editing an existing
    hole, ALL of the disabled holes are shown, even with the custom
    standard selected. Any ideas?

    Fatalism seems most applicable.
