help with express tools

    I switched over one pc in the office to 2004, while all the others are still
    running 2000i.. we just happened to have a 2004 license available & were out
    of slots on the 2000i. I can't seem to get the express tools to work with
    the 2004 pc, do I need to buy them all over again?

    No, just install them from the 2004 CD.

    they are not an add-on w/ 2004?

    I guess that depends on how you define "add-on." They're a separate
    install, but they *are* included on your 2004 CD. Open the CD and look at
    the menu (near the bottom).
