Group Feature - Construction - Yes, No?

    Edit Definition when focused on a Group feature opens a Group Head dialog. What
    is the significance of the Construction Yes, No radio button setting?

    I'm pretty sure, from the Help files and searching on construction, that this is
    related to creating a construction group which lets you make various measurements
    and analyses of that group.
