Fix Outlook emails stuck in the Outbox Issues

    To fix Outlook emails stuck in the Outbox, switch Outlook offline, move the message to Drafts, and remove large attachments.
    1. Close and Force-Quit Outlook

    Close the Outlook application window.
    Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
    Select Microsoft Outlook and click End Task.
    Relaunch Outlook and check the Outbox.

    2. Double-Click to Resend

    Open the Outbox folder.
    Double-click the stuck email to open it.
    Click Send again without changing settings.
    This often wakes up stalled connection threads.

    3. Check Mail Server Status

    Look at the bottom-right corner of Outlook.
    Confirm it says Connected or Connected to Exchange.
    If it says Disconnected, restart your Wi-Fi router.

    4. Safe Mode Launch

    Press Windows Key + R to open Run.
    Type outlook.exe /safe and press Enter.
    Try deleting the stuck message from this mode.
