Is anyone having problems with selecting parts within the feature manager
whilst in an assembly. I open an assembly and everything behaves as
expected, after working for 15 mins or so the selection behaviour changes,
it will not expand a part with one click, I have to double click to expand
the cross and also I cannot select a part to move it's position in the
feature tree or drag it into an assembly. I seem to remember this behaviour
from 2003, but our whole office has moved to 2005 and all are having this
    problem.

    Hi Simon

I recall having the same problem for a long time back....but also now in
    2005...really no big difference
have not found a workaround for it.....close down and restart helps....seems
    like a memory thing.

Is that a graphics or RAM? My RAM usage is at 45% (480Mb) don't know how
    to check graphics!

Yes Simon, I have seen the same thing. Very annoying.
But as everyone has said, a SW restart solves the problem (until next time).

I had submitted an SPR on this one a while back I had noticed if you went
from an assembly to one of it's components then flipped back I would see
this behavior. There may be othere ways to consistently make it happen.

Now that is a workaround that I hand't thought of.
