Fatal Error Help

Dear All,
Could someone please help me. If you try to command line plot this file
Autocad will crash. If you use the Preview command Autocad will crash. If
you plot via dialog, these errors somehow get repaired.
(vla-put-ConfigName ....
Will cause autocad to crash.
This drwing was created in 2004 via Wblock from another file. My software
is used at work for plotting and wblocking out detail drawings into seprate
files. Since we have upgraded our systems to 2004 this problem seems to
occurr.

All I need to know is how to add something to my program that will do the
the same thing that the dialog version of Plot is doing to catch this error
and fix it.

Subject: What has corrupted this file so Command line plotting will not

I have tryed everything that I can think of but can not find the answer.
Audit does not find this error.
I wanted to change the plotter to "none" and plotstyle to "none" but trying
this causes autocad to carsh just like
(command "plot" "y" "model" ....

Thank you for your time. Purging the drawing does not fix this error. I
stated already that plotting via the dialog box will work. However this
does not help me. You did not plot this file via command line plotting you
used the dialog function. I am hoping that someone will know how to fix
this.

You do not undestand why I want to use command line plotting. I have
written an automated design package that we use at work. One the many
features of my software is automated plotting. All the user needs to do is
select the titleblocks they want to plot and my program plots them to the
correct device with all of the right settings etc. This program works using
(command "._plot" ......, this is why I need to know how to fix or step
over this error when it happens.
This corrupted drawing error has nothing to do with my program, because
vanilla autocad will produce this also. For some reason the drawing was
corrupted when Wblocking this detail out of the assembly drawing.
