Fastcad is no longer working and is not allowing re install

I have been using Easycad and Fastcad for the last 30 years, and all of a sudden is quit working. I have not been able to re install it. I have unsuccessfully tried to contact Evolution computing.
Can anyone out there give me some advice on how to resolve my problem.

I too have been using FastCAD for decades and it stopped working suddenly. Things to check, look at task manager (Ctrl + Shift + ESC) and see if you see a FastCAD task if so right click and end it. Do Windows start and type in Services and look for print spooler right click and stop Now see if you are up and running. That fixed it for me. I found that windows update had updated the Brother printer driver which was not compatible with FastCAD. In settings I deleted the Brother printer and now FastCAD works normally. Good Luck.
