Extracting entities from Autocad 11 DWG files and read them with Autocad 10

Hi,

Just a brief question.
Is there an utility (either from Autodesk or third parties) to covert
an Autocad 11 .DWG file to another .DWG (or .DXF) file readable by
Autocad 10 ?
I need to extract a small block or group of entities from an Autocad
11 file and import them in Autocad 10. Nothing more than that.
