exe tool to fill in titleblock.

    Hello,

    I'm also looking for a took to fil in the titbleblock but based on an
    input file.

    fillin.exe title_block_info.txt drawing1.dwg

    and title_block_info contains the name of the attribute followed by the
    value or text.
