Error plotting to dwf

    I'm experimenting with dwfs to send to our contractors. The very first one I tried resulted in Acad crashing. Just can't get it to work on our drawings. It will work on simple drawings though.
    Using AutoCAD 2004 from Mechanical Desktop which is updated to SP1.
    Error is: "FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at 3417aa1fh"
