ERROR (OSSHNL-116)

    Hi,

    I am getting this error ERROR (OSSHNL-116) while doing LVS and thus I
    am not able to generate netlist from schematic for LVS.
    Using Calibre for LVS.

    In this case this error normally is "Unable to descend into any of the views
    defined in the view list ..." and it would tell you the view list, and the
    affected instance. What it means is that it's trying to traverse the hierarchy
    and switch into a list of child views, and none of those views exist for that cell.

    As a wild guess (with no information to go on), if the view list shown includes
    "cdl" rather than "auCdl", maybe it's because you didn't do:

    setenv CDS_Netlisting_Mode Analog

    before starting virtuoso?

    But realistically, this is just a guess, based on virtually no information.
    You'll need to give more information if anyone is going to successfully help you.
