This issue has a little history. We have three identical machines in the office running XP Pro and A2k4, now. Back when we all ran 2k2 publish to web would freeze up at the point of showing the plotting status indicator dialog box and never create files be it .dwf, .jpg or .png. Now with 2k4, I can create web pages on my machine but of the other two, one gets a fatal error:         unhandled access violation reading 0x0051 exception at 6202f629h. The third machine simply stops responding. I have no idea where to even start to figure out the problem. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Shale
